  • 摘要(中) 根據台灣睡眠醫學學會調查顯示,台灣地區每五人就有一人有睡眠障礙,其中包含入睡困難、睡眠品質不佳及早醒等失眠症狀,且調查發現失眠與三高疾病(高血壓、心臟血管疾病及糖尿病)共病現象嚴重,每4個慢性失眠者就有1人有三高之一的疾病。睡眠障礙主因是生活壓力、自律神經(交感/副交感神經)失調、精神疾病,另外疼痛與疾病也亦常引起睡眠障礙。目前治療睡眠障礙有中西醫藥物、心理與行為治療。而遠紅外線生物能陶瓷材料作用於疾病症狀屬於一種新穎的非侵入性療法,本研究應用生物能陶瓷材料(BIOCERAMIC)加上光能照射與聲音共振,對睡眠障礙的受測者進行介入照護,並以衛生福利部臺北醫院睡眠中心-失眠自我評量表與Embla N-7000分析儀腦電波之相關統計資料,評估改善睡眠的效益。
    由受測者填寫的失眠自我評量表的統計資料顯示,受測者在每次光照後,大多數的睡眠狀態隨治療次數的增加而改善,失眠的嚴重度逐步下降,因此得知生物光能對睡眠障礙是有正面的影響。
    而以Embla N-7000記錄的腦波所分析的結果顯示,有生物光能陶瓷貼片照射時,其腦波於16~25 Hz部分有出現反應,也就是β波區域有所反應,但一般視為睡眠指標的θ波(4~7 Hz)與δ波(0.4~4 Hz)卻無明顯變化。而如果以未貼生物能陶瓷材料貼片的一般可見光來照射時,則全無相關腦波反應,未來尚需要進一步研究。
    摘要(英) According to the Taiwan Society of Sleep Medicine survey, every five peoples have one with sleep disorders, which includes difficulty of falling asleep, poor quality of sleep, and waking insomnia, etc. The survey found that insomnia and three diseases (hypertension, cardiovascular disease and diabetes) have severe comorbidity. Every four people with chronic insomnia have one person with one of the three diseases (hypertension, cardiovascular disease and diabetes). Sleep disorders may be due to the social pressure, autonomic nervous system disorders, mental illness, pains or other diseases. There are current methods for treating sleep disorders by Chinese and western medicine, or by using psychology and behavioral therapy. We evaluated the novel and non-invasive BIOCERAMIC with light and sound resonance treatment on the insomnia in this study. We used the insomnia self-rating scale (from the Taipei Hospital, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Taiwan) and electroencephalogram (EEG) analysis report (from the Embla N7000 analyzer) to evaluate the effectiveness for improving participant’s sleep. The results of insomnia self-rating scale showed that, after each BIOCERAMIC treatment, most of the sleep quality improved with the increasing treatment times and the severity of insomnia gradually decline. Therefore BIOCERAMIC treatment had positive effect on the sleep disorders. The recorded EEG showed that BIOCERAMIC treatment resulted in brainwave stimulation at 16 ~ 25 Hz that appeared as β-wave region, but there were no stimulation at the indicator regions (θ wave of 4 ~ 7 Hz and δ-wave of 0.4 ~ 4Hz) of sleeping. There were no relevant EEG response of brainwave if only ordinary light energy irradiation without BIOCERAMIC treatment. In this regard, it still need further study in the future.
