       The study of test Reagents of Helicobacter pylori antibody IgG Specifically for Auto-Biochemical analyzer of Hitachi, quantitative inspection for specific Helicobacter pylori antibody IgG of Serum, for auxiliary to Diagnosis infection of Helicobacter pylori. In this study, report to method and step for determining of the normal reference value of the test Reagents of Helicobacter pylori antibody IgG. 
       Wants to use auto-Biochemical analysis on Immunity- Turbidimetric assay, Concentration quantitative inspection for Helicobacter pylori antibody IgG of Serum, for auxiliary to diagnosis common diseases such as Gastritis, Gastric ulcer, Duodenal ulcer.... In addition to provide more fast and precise screening aids of Helicobacter pylori, also replace the test reagents of qualitative detection in the current market, provide more complete assessment data to Clinicians by Quantitative Inspection.
