In the financial industry, a large number of banks have developed their own mobile online banking APP in order to facilitate their operation, as well as bring the convenience to customers.
This study aimed to use “Technology Acceptance Model” and “Information System Success Model”, and included “Mobile Characteristics” in order to integrate the antecedences of mobile online banking APP usage intention. A survey was conducted by using convenience sampling to test the hypotheses. This study targeted the banking customers who ever use the mobile online banking APP by mobile device as research samples.
Research results found that, first, “system quality”, “information quality”, and “mobile characteristics” significantly and positively influence “perceived usefulness” and “perceived ease of use”. Second, “perceived ease of use” significantly and positively influences “perceived usefulness”, “continuous usage attitude”, and “continuous usage intention”. Third, “perceived usefulness” significantly and positively influences “continuous usage attitude” and “continuous usage intention”. Finally, “continuous usage attitude” significantly and positively influences “continuous usage intention”.
