||Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility has been a worldwide trend in recent years, and this trend is also coming to Taiwan. There is a magazine hold corporate social responsibility contest every year, hundreds medium and large enterprises respond this activity, The Ministry of Labor pointed out that besides maximizing profits of corporate , and responsible to shareholders, enterprises should have to take social responsibility the rights of employees and create a happy environment, in 2012.Therefore, the grown up of concept in enterprises feedback to the community, It shows corporates are not only strive to practice social care, and starting to focus on the company management and take care of their own staff, to prevent the loss of outstanding staff member, is also the topic of this study. This study basis on literature theoretical, supplemented by survey and data analysis, to investigating the impact on internal service quality and intention of turnover after the implementation of corporate social responsibility. And internal service quality in company management will has an intermediary effect between corporate social responsibility and turnover tend.
In this study, Study object are which has announced corporate social responsibility message, as well as for corporate social responsibility activities in their official website ,It conducted with a convenience sample survey, and using Internet questionnaire to collected data, there are 210 valid samples were collected, Then analysis data and model validation by SPSS and SmartPLS 2.0 tools. Empirical results show that the corporate carried out social responsibility will improve the internal service quality of company management and interactive with employees; The impact between internal service quality of company management and turnover intention is significant negative effect. But the internal service quality of staff interaction presents no significant effect on turnover intention. From this, companies should keep strive to carry out corporate social responsibility for improved the quality of service for internal staff; Internal service quality in company management in the face of corporate social responsibility have a tendency to produce intermediary effect, Said that thought internal service quality, staff can feeling of care and service from corporate obviously, and reduce turnover intention; Service of company management level, employees can be improve employee centripetal force, and efforts continue in the workplace by training, rewarded and well policies, .We expected results of this study will be provided a basis for future research direction and management to the company management or human resources department.
