  • Abstract Approaching along with the structural aging-society in global population, information correspondence and medical technology progress fast that is result in the newly healthcare patterns are constructed for information and technological correspondence with electronic (E)-, mobile (M)- and ubiquitous (U)- style of long-range medical techniques that impel positively in various countries. Instead of diagnosis, active telecare service provides for healthcare and consultation with telemedicine. Doctor enables know well about routine condition of sickness as to exempt long-term chronic patients from depleting time between home and hospital. Applies by WiMAX wireless network technology in the active healthcare can helpful to promote benefit in quality and approval level of long-term telecare service. The characteristic of Mobile Healthcare Service is including motion strength lies in network speedy transmission and wireless broadband. According to it, immediate information makes medical resources to be possible to break existing service border. While enhancing healthcare quality of general public, it also to be possible to do that precious resource effectively achieves outcomes in prevention, diagnosis and treatment. This study is constructed from three categories about newly wireless network technology, active healthcare and telemedicine. Based on three evaluative items of information security about confidentiality, integrity and utility, it provides complete service platform of medical information system as well as constructs network safety mechanism. In addition, it decreases effectively risk of website security threat, and achieves to raise goal of new generation in medical service of wireless information of platform security.
