For high power LED, it has high brightness intensity but the region of light-extraction area is too small. It will produce nonuniformity of illumination in this region by using in short distant illumination. It have to be fitted some lampshade and lighting fitting, or to design the array places. It is important to retain the luminance and to increase the uniformity of high power LED at same time.
Try to fabricate the LED lighting fitting by molding technique. It will change the ray direction by tracing the lighting fitting, to let the luminance more uniformity than before.
In this study, succeed in fabricating the high uniformity LED lighting fitting. At the height of 200mm, it can let the region of the illumination suiting to read and write enlarge to 150mm, and the uniformity of illumination in the region of 150mm promote to 66.1%.
