Thus, the operating system, as the resource allocator of the system, must be adjusted to respond to a variety of conditions. The relationship between two operating systems and embedded system has been studied in this research, since researches of the multiple operating systems and applications in the multi-core systems are rare currently.
In order to effectively improve the hardware utilization through the use of the operating system, a division of work by using multiple operating systems has been proposed in this paper. In the proposed system, the limitation of the original single operating system can be improved by applying the mechanism of the advanced judgment and the EDF scheduling algorithm. The experimental result shows that the utilization can reach above 1.5.
