We adopted partial least squares to analyze our research model in order to explore the impact between the various dimensions.
Finally we proposed that, with the improvement of the information quality, system quality and service quality, users’ satisfaction with the system will be relatively improved. They are willing to continue using the ERP system to accomplish their jobs.
