Questionnaire survey results indicate (1) except for the regulation of inspectors, the specifications of two quality assurance systems are almost identical, (2) five constructs in weight sequence are realibility,conformance,durability,performance and serviceability ,(3) five major factors affecting quality management of nuclear facilities are Control of Measuring and Test Equipment,Inspection,Inspection,Test,and Operating Status,Design Control and Control of Processes.Based on the results and discussion, Taipower quality assurance guideline basically satisfiy the requirements of quality assurance by adding the term of continuous improvement according to ISO 9001 regulation.
