These devices are not only used to transmit messages, but also become a necessary accessory in everyday life. The exchange of text messages via SMS system in early days. Until now, we can get a large number of multimedia from Internet. These changes indicate that the function of mobile device has gradually multiform and user-friendly.
Downloading and watching videos on a mobile device becomes a common entertainment in today. Users need to download the entire video even they just like to watch the highlight of the video. Sometimes users download the video they not want, because the previews, text description or the photographs of the videos are incomprehensible. For the above two conditions, users waste a lot of time and network bandwidth. Therefore, an improved mechanism to download video is proposed in this thesis. We hope users are able to get the desired information more quickly, and to avoid wasting the large number of bandwidth.
