By integrating logic program and electrical circui with Taiwan made equipment product , the proposed system achieved power saving effectively, maintaince easily, price econonically and quality acceptable for real market level.
The first step for Agriculture 4.0 integration , is to convert signals of whole system into digital data for procerssing and storage by using stable control and sensing elements. Hence the Industrial components in agricultural production control adopts the most available products in market, include module coverting EC/pH signals to data flow. The digital data stream can also provide to agricultural professionals with an efficient analysis of production systems.
In this study, modules of Industrial specification like RTU (Remote Transfer Unit) controller, HMI(Human Manufacture Interface), Peristaltic pump and other components , integrated with software programs into HMI( human-machine interface) to achieve unattended automatic water automatically control. Above all; noman operation of nutrient pH & EC is also achieved.
In addition to the running efficiently for system, program modify and on line program upgrade are also built into system simultaneously, as that is general market requirement. With the satisfaction of end user, a matured control system to serve for various factory is presented here.
