This study investigated the effect of different forms of flow field plate and different forms of gas inlet setting (positive and negative pressure), and improve the MEA performance to make the proportion of produced water changed by the flow rate of each channel.
The results of simulation show that : (1) The design of flow field plate effect the distribution of air velocity very much when there is liquid water in the flow field plate；(2) Positive and negative pressure settings at inlet also make the distribution of air velocity be different.
