  • Abstract In practice, a multi-channel distribution strategy in the recent business environment was general existed in every industry. This research presents a dual-channel distribution system which includes a manufacturer direct channel and a retail store. Customers will consider the price and warranty length when purchasing products. The purchasing intent of the retail customer will be influenced from the retail price and the warranty length. The purchasing intent of the direct customer will be influenced from the price and the warranty length providing by manufacturer. When customers incur a higher price and a lower warranty length, they will shift to other channels, i.e. substitute effect. For the retail channel, we want to determine the optimal wholesale price, warranty length and retail price. In the direct channel, we want to determine the price and warranty length that the manufacturer provides to customers. Here, we adopt Non-Cooperative and Cooperative equilibrium to solve the problem described and also discuss how to use the mechanism of profit distributing to reach the win-win situation in Cooperative games. Finally, we use numerical analysis to discuss the management implications. This research will provide useful references about managerial decision and administrations for manager.
