The primary goal is to get employees’ willing to go all out to work in business. Recently, business acknowledge the costs of employees’ turnover is very high. Normally, organizations have an opportunity to improve and avoid the behavior of unsatisfied and job turnover. So, this study try to exploratory the actions to stop these behaviors and improve them. Because retaining excellent talented in organization is the most goal and then maintain the competibilities.
So, how do the organizations retaining excellent talented? Most researches focus on the satisfaction. From past surveys, the results say the satisfaction of overall working envionment and job will decrease the job turnover.Also, polychronicity is an important characterics in service industry. The welfare, promotion, and willingness to pay in organization will affect turnover.
