||Due to lack of occupational competency in the college curriculum, it is often not appropriate to reflect the needs of the occupational competency in terms of the adjustment of the course. In addition, when reviewing teaching content, there is no systematic method to assess the strengths and weaknesses of existing courses as a reference for future curriculum improvement.
In this thesis we employ the Semantic Web technology to create the content of ACM CE2016 computer-based syllabus as the ontology knowledge framework and then the content of the course. We take for example the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Tatung University, including course information, course overview and goals, and topics of each unit, content outline, learning objectives, learning effectiveness evaluation methods, etc., and then the ICAP of the Ministry of Labor the occupational competency including work asks, occupational competency knowledge, occupational competency skills, and the relevant level of the occupational competency level. Both contents are annotated into RDF data. Then we follow the knowledge engineering methodology, CommonKADS, taking the assessment template as the basis to create the evaluation reasoning engine. By comparing the above two, assessing the differences between the current curriculum and the industry needs, and the results provide a reference for teachers to adjust the curriculum.
This thesis completes the organization, task, agent and other situation analysis of the knowledge system, and then builds the knowledge model. This study quotes the evaluation template of the knowledge engineering methodology, CommonKADS as the reasoning basis of course evaluation. This thesis presents an overview of the operation of the system through the user interface.
