  • Abstract Nowadays , most of the plastic film which produced by extruders are
    rewinded into jumbo rolls , very few to do the cut on the equipments at the
    same time . however if it is necessary to do the cut , people usually use the
    slitting machine to done the job . Although the speed of slitting machine is
    pretty high and capable to get multi rolls at one time , but it’s only suitable
    for slitting longer length , on the contrary , it’s no any economic efficiency in
    case for shorter length plastic film or alum. Foil . Frankly speaking , almost
    each rubber & plastic equipments are for specified purpose , for instance ,
    the rewinder machine is good for rewinding shorter plastic film and alum.
    Foil , now it is definitely the best equipment for rewinding wrapping film for
    industry and cling film and alum. foil For kitchen.
    the subject matter is aiming to develop one excellent rewinder
    machine which is best for rewinding plastic film . in order to gain more
    economic efficiency , I particularly select the more sophisticated
    fully-automatic rewinder machine as my main research instead of another
    simple manual one . first of all , it is necessary to use computer software to
    draw the outline and design the basic structure , then demonstrate its every
    action on the computer , while all the demonstration are proper and perfect ,
    we produce one rewinder according to design , then inspect it’s performance
    carefully and gradually , improve or modify in case any defects.
