Hence, companies use “e-Learning” as a tool to perform internal education and training gradually become a trend. As a result, understanding antecedents of employees’ “e-Learning” “desire to usage” and “intention to usage” is critical.
This study aimed to use “Technology Acceptance Model” and “Information System Success” to explain the e-Learning system “desire to usage” and “intention to usage”. This study invited the staffs of B company in Taiwan which uses e-Learning system to conduct education and training to participate the survey. By the convenience sampling, 110 validate samples contributed to this study.
The results indicated that “computer self-efficacy” significantly and positively influence “perceived ease of use” and “perceived usefulness”. “information quality” and “service quality” significantly and positively influence “perceived ease of use” and “perceived usefulness”; “system quality” significantly and positively influences “perceived ease of use”. Besides, “working correlation” significantly and positively influences “perceived usefulness”; “perceived ease of use” significantly and positively influences “perceived usefulness”. Finally, “perceived ease of use” and “perceived usefulness” significantly and positively influence e-Learning system “desire to usage” and “intention to usage”; “desire to usage” significantly and positively influences “intention to usage”
