  • Abstract In recent years, the government has been actively promoting the Cloud Information Services Plan, starting by consolidating the computer server rooms in the Executive Yuan. Private companies and government agencies have also made efforts to build various clouds, such as Government Cloud, Health Cloud, Police Cloud, Food Cloud and other clouds.
Meanwhile, following the guidance from the government, which has been promoting the cloud information services industry and the energy efficiency and carbon reduction policy, the military has developed a cloud services structure applicable to the military to provide different types of information to military units.
Besides transforming the traditional single point of access services structure into a multidimensional and integrated services structure, the military has categorized the military information services into five different types: infrastructure, general services, functional services, cloud information security and virtualization. However, when it comes to the development of cloud information services, "information security" has always been a big concern.
According to a research done by Trend Micro in 2012 on the companies in the world which already switched to cloud computing, about 47% of them encountered problems related to cloud information security.
Therefore, maintaining the security of military information has become the most important task. The military will continue to promote the development of cloud information services with the precondition to secure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of military information
