It has s a large dielectric constant which is independent of temperature. The mechanism for inducing the huge dielectric response of CaCu3Ti4O12 still remains unresolved. The CaCu3Ti4O12 with high dielectric constant does not need any additives.This thesis is syudy the effect oh additives on the properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 ceramic.The CaCu3Ti4O12 were additived included MgO、MnO、ZnO by traditional ceramic fabrication.
