It indicates that service industry has replaced traditional industries and will play a more significant role in our economic system.
This study will discuss the relationship among innovation strategy, knowledge management ability and business performance with descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis. After careful analysis and discussion, we have found that both innocvation strategy and knowledge management ability have great impact on business performance; besides, a highly positive correlation exists between innovation strategy and knowledge management ability.
Finally, we recommend that future research can focus on specific industry to compare differences among industries, broaden the extent on abovementioned issues and clarify the accurate and precise nature of knowledge management ability for the stable growth and improvement in service industry.
