The modeling process will use fuzzy clustering algorithm for bilinear models, identification of bilinear models, cluster validity criteria for bilinear models, and fuzzy bilinear modeling algorithm. Hence, we will modify the FCRM clustering algorithm to suit to bilinear modes, choose an identification method for clustering algorithm, propose a cluster validity criteria for bilinear to choose an appropriate number of cluster, and use fuzzy bilinear modeling algorithm to construct a fuzzy bilinear model which is approximate to original nonlinear system by as fewer fuzzy IF-THEN rules as possible.
