Because of the industry grow too fast , the game company did not have enough time to face the problem such as virtual treasure frauds, game plug-in frequent use and the game company lock accounts mistakenly. But the On-line game market has increased year by year, the players growth has been more than 500 million people. Why do players continued to play online games in this unfair environment is the point of the study discussed.
In this study, based on the theory of reasoned action, through service recovery to explore the factors that the players continue to playing the game. There are 243 questionnaires were collected and using the method of least squares fit of the model and hypotheses. The study conclude that: the player cares most about the attitude of service personnel to deal with the problem. The second is the compensation of virtual treasure and virtual currency. One the other hand, the players are not satisfied with the process of service recovery. According to the study results provide specific recommendations to online game company and research directions in the future.
