Improve implant surface healing with wound is important discussion. The study is immbolised extracellular bone matrix (ECM) on the Titanium surface excepting that will improve cells growth. The study used plasma treatment of Hexamethyldisilazane ( HMDSZ) that treated on imapnt surface deposition organic silicon film.This organic silicon film contains carbon, nitrogen, oxygen functional groups that could be modified other functional groups. The organic silicon flim is hydrophobic that water contact angle is about 90°. This hydrophobic thin film could improve corrosion resistance. The corrosion volts after HMDSZ plasma treatment is about -0.41~-0.07V.HMDSZ plasma treated 60W 60mtorr 10min has the best corrosion volts is about -0.07V. Surface of oxygen plasma treated the HMDSZ thin film that generated radical.Surface of UV-light grafted Acrylic Acid (AAc) on the deposition film. The surface is hydrophilic. The water contact angle is about 50°. Surface of EDC/NHS cross linked chitosan and chondroitin on the surface.The graft density is about 3.83mg/cm2. Surface of the rats bone marrow stem cell culture, the untreated Titanium cell culture is well. O2 plasma treatmed PD-HMDSZ cell culture is well.
