  • Abstract This study is focus on integration of stamping parts design skill, e.g. mold design, part forming process, software technique ... etc, of mechanical designer. And base on theories of C.A.I., we generate one training process and prepare training materials for novice mechanical designer workshop training.
    The training programs are as following:
    1.Computer Assisted Instruction (C.A.I.):
    Training material is built by working experiences and design principles. By the methods of instructing theories and learning theories, author arranges a training program. Inside the program, each learning process is constructed by vertical thinking method and horizontal thinking method. By time effect method, novice can learn repeatedly and can familiar with basic skills and senses. Training material can be separated into 4 topics:(1)Interflow(2)Theory(3)Testing(4)Teaching.
    2.E-book:
    (1)Teaching materials: Recording working experiences, re-arranging and demonstrating on PC.
    (2)Memorandum: Writing down what you learned on each stage.
    3.Network:
    Users can exchange information on learning and on working by e-mails. By this way, users can discuss and interact quickly and efficiently with lectures.
