||In recent years, the use of scientific and technological innovation and development of interactive games assisted aging society health promotion and services has become a kind of development trend, But the researcher was deeply interactive games experience to the current interface design most of the designer's subjective concept. For the elderly population use interface still has space for continuous improvement, and the urgent need to be amended and more integration. This study aimed to investigate elderly person interactive game to promote health awareness, By pre-test results, summarized the perceived ease of use include "operation method", "text", "image signs", "voice", "layout" and "suggestive" six interface design elements, and perceived usefulness include "self-realization", "interactive", "knowledge and information" three functional attributes. Before and after the experiment assessment elderly person in four dimensions physical, mental, spiritual and social health of the game’s "perceived ease of use" and "perceived usefulness" after the result of experience, paired-sample T test analysis, test inferences to be interactive games to promote healthy cognitive performance interface design. The results showed that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of a significant difference; in addition, overall satisfaction with the games there are also significant differences, indicating that the elderly generally satisfied with the overall design of the game products, but also recognition on the basis of knowledge and information function of the game with the supplied attributes, interactive games can improve the function and value of health promotion services. Expected results of this study can be used as other related design principles of interaction design interface.
