  • Abstract In recent years, the rapid growth of network services, internet speed, and the number of users created the cloud computing age. In response to the needs of a large number of cloud computing, cloud services IT companies have all over the world the expansion of the cloud data center. Such as Google cloud data center set up in Changhua, Taiwan. In many cloud data centers to provide services, they may have not expected the cost to cause the move to services through the WAN. Moving through the WAN may experience many problems. This paper uses the Rabin's Fingerprint Algorithms to reduce the required handling information thereby reducing the handling time required. By determine the information needed to migrate, it can cause the lowest cost migration. Optimization of move strategy in this article is saved about 18% of storage space cost.
