  • Abstract Fatigue fractures account for the vast major its of failures in most engineering structure and components. Geomery factor and manufacturing process are too important source for failure in fatigue. In this study , Pro/E, CAD commercial softwave, is applied to build the model and Pro/Mechanica, CAE commercial softwave, is also used to analysize the stress and deformation around the model. Miner’s , rainflow method and ASTM fatigue life predition equation are to count file tatol fatigue life.
    This peper uses Pro/ENGINEER mapping software to make entity MODEL, and then use Finite element Method Pro/MECHANICA to analyse that receive the entity MODEL stress circulation curve graph, count rain RainFlow Counting Method make have effect strength amplitude value, amplitude of stress after calculating and making revising by the revising type of amplitude of stress completely (△σr) value, channel into the elastic life-span formula and try to get every amplitude value, and then try to get total fatigue life (R ) value through Miner equation , then discuss again that it causes the stress to be centralized to process the improper breaches (Crack Effect ) produced , and influence fatigue life value.
    Learning after to prove , the appearance of the socket component can make to revise fatigue life value is produced and improved, this text sets up fatigue life and can predict fatigue life value to estimate the procedure effectively, and it is more accurate and faster to cooperate with the finite element method software to enable asking the course of solving, and can help fatigue life to estimate effectively .
