ITO has high conductivity and high transmittance. Moreover, it can improve the current crowding and lumped series resistance of the solar cell. This new structure we research is that ITO deposited on the top finger electrode of solar cell which can increase the photocurrent, fill factor, and open voltage, effectively increasing the efficiency of the solar cell.
