Copper nitrate , zinc nitrate , stannic chloride , selenium tetrachloride , four powder to prepare a solution , then spin coating (Spin-Coating) coated on a silicon chip manner , followed by heat treatment at different temperatures do made film. Raman spectroscopy and X -ray diffraction instrument can be seen from the film structure Cu2ZnSnSe4 main crystalline phase , after the results of the spectrometer measurements of the UV-vis absorption, calculated after the shows , the optical absorption coefficient of the film are more than 104 cm-1, light direct energy gap of about 1.5eV.
