However, the large number of bus routes and the complexity of bus stop, current LED and LCD intelligent stop sign can only provides estimated arrival time, but no more deeply explore new possibilities in hardware and software design from users' needs and experiences to enhance the utilization of the bus and competitiveness of the city.With a two-stage survey to explore the traveling habits, found that about 80% of the passengers have multiple routes for destination. Therefore, a further investigation on the factors that passengers choices has made. With Passengers need from questionnaire, literature review, field surveys and experts interviews to explore the advantages and disadvantages of existing products as design specifications to make experimental samples.Experimental results show that the correct rate of tasks, visual search time, and user interaction satisfaction questionnaire QUIS subjective and objective results of traditional "position type" and "linear type" route map were lower than "road network". With the common route search function and travel time estimates in "road network", the overall performance and usability scale of the SUS were higher than "linear type", but the ease of learning assessment scores lower.
