Furthermore, from structure design to prove thesis, the main evaluation of method is to change the Reynolds number of fluid, increasing contacting space in channel to improve mixing efficiency of mixer. with nozzle effect happened, the fluid’s speed will increase immediately in channel and produce vortex to raise mixing efficiency of mixer. Base on COMSOL Multiphysics system did evaluation and counting for deep discussing of efficiency of mixer which influence of changing structure method.
After search and evaluation in this thesis, improved active nozzle effect circle structure mixer can have excellent mixing efficiency, with no any abundant in channel, mixing efficiency in micro-channel raise from 74.06% to 88.5%. In addition, this thesis uses evaluation system to do others channel structure comparison, and changes the same parameter to check. The result is improved nozzle effect can achieve the most effective path. From the evaluated method in this thesis, this new channel structure design will have advantage for related micro-channel mixer.
