  • Abstract Feature of Iamge interface is becoming more and more important in the eleectrial device such as mobile and computer. The information provided by the image interface is essential when it is widely used.
    No only color and shape of the image is important but also the image display devics’s capability is also critical. Feature of Iamge interface is becoming more and more important in the eleectrial device such as mobile and computer. The information provided by the image interface is essential when it is widely used. For those who using mobile with small screen which has small area to display application. The icons and features of the smaller screen may cause the difficulty for user to ready the essientail information. Espcieally, elder citizen may feel fastrate when using such smaller screen due to the pool eyesight. 
    The objective of this research is to evaluate concern or difficulty of elder persons when they deal with the image interface in different size and color. The suitable size and color may be suggested in conclusion of this research.
    The result show, the color or the icon has the best recognize rate for elder persons. When numbers of icons are between 12 and 16, the recognize rate of colorful interface is slightly better than white icon. However, the difference is not significant.
    The focus of this paragraph is that number of icons will influence the recognize rate. In general, users prefer to have larger icon and 9 icons on single display. However, uses have best recognize rate when the number of icon is 12. The user’ preference may not be true compare with experiment result.
