In order to use spectrum more efficiently, the technology of OFDM system is the choice for the modern wireless communication systems. Such as DAB、DVB、IEEE 802.11a、 802.11g、802.16d、806.16e and so on.
Research on the reduction of out-of band radiation approach of OFDM system, has become a very important research topic. Zero-forcing、 Tail-tracking and the combination of both technologies have been proposed to reduce out-of band interference. The combination of both approaches can achieve great improvement on the reduction of out-of-band radiation.
In this thesis,we will accomplish the above-mentioned methods by TI’s GC5016 wideband digital up-converter and down-converter. After the experiment, the results show that proposed approaches have significant reduction of out-of-band power emission.
