In order to find a suitable job, many people will choose to enter the enterprise early for internship during the school period, so as to formally enter the workplace after graduation to test the water temperature. This study aims to explore the effect of internship performance on employment expectation.
Firstly, factors that may affect employment performance are analyzed, such as internship status, satisfaction, and the interaction between supervisors and colleagues. Secondly, in order to find out if there is any difference in the expectations of the students who have no time to study.
The subjects of this study are those who have participated in enterprise internship, have graduated and have worked for a period of time, and collect data through convenient sampling on the Internet. After a month's collection, 231 questionnaires were collected. In this study, SPSS and SmartPLS 2.0 M3 Release statistical analysis tools were used to verify the study hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the participation of internship has a positive impact on the performance of future work.
