People feel more pressure and unsatisfied with current situations. Finally, they transfer their emotions and feelings on healing style toys. The aim is to comfort their bodies or mind and release their negative emotions. The demand from those users of healing style toys gives the products new meanings. New consuming markets are developed.
This research mainly targets at healing style toys and focuses on the correlation between healing style toys and images. The collection of existing samples and adjective terminology has been classified and quantified with the methods of Semantic Differential and Likert Scale. Furthermore, the sample groups have been analysed with the methods of Principle Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis.
The positive image of healing toy constructed from four principal components: affable, innovative and outstanding, unrestrained and natural.
The relationship between the product and image of the corresponding analysis can be divided into seven groups of products group:
G1: Simplified lines Rotund shape Sooth color combination ; A variety of ways to respond, like utterance or movement.
G2: After simplified animals or people ; Changeful using way The interaction is by the medium of sound, and it also collocates movement or light.
G3: Immersive human or animals ; Tender movement.
G4: Complicated but not immersive shape ; A password movemet.
G5: Newborn baby or animal's shape ; The movement is single and gradual.
G6: The uncomplicated shape which is considered from movement ; Repeat the single using way a variety of random sound effects to feedback.
G7: Foursquare and conservative shape ; A variety of immobile and operatable environment sound effects.
