Development of targeted drug delivery systems using magnetic carriers increases the concentration of drugs. We present an integrated microfluidic chip with electromagnetic system which is useful for manipulation of magnetic particles.
Being move in the channel, MTB is manipulated by electromagnetic system through two pairs of coils and z gradient coil . Using the controlled manner with button is more simple . We use two test samples which are the magnetic particles and MTBs. The capture effect of the magnetic carrier is verified by QCM. The capture rate of magnetic particles and MTBs are 2.6% and 20%.
