Internet、handset). But only cash and credit card are acceptable in most of the service providers and merchants. However, traditional payment schemes do not suffice for our needs as more novel commercial services and goods are provided through more novel ways. Therefore, this paper presents a new mobile e-Payment scheme to solve this problem.
The mobile e-Payment system, as we have mentioned here, is implementing the internet electronic payment (e-payment) into mobile handsets, which is only suitable for small payments with transactions of B2C (Business to Customer), C2C (Customer to Customer), and P2P (person to person). It satisfies the security, usability, interoperability, broadness, and low cost. The consumer and merchant can make transaction at anytime and in anywhere.
